It comes with instructions, but the box said to visit their website for drivers http://www.usbex.com/sata02. When I tried your website page would not increase. Can someone tell me how I have this external hard drive. This is indicated on the packaging, USB 2.0 hard drive, floppy disk 3.5 "Mobile Hard Disk Storage-HD2 Series.

I bought a CD exernal a few years ago and had the same problem does not apply because they do not come with instructions. I've learned that I had to format the first hard drive. I have in a computer shop with my laptop and they have done for me.
If you are using Windows 2000, XP or Vista, should be considered when plugged into a USB port.
Who is incomplete, does not appear in Google search. Rock Mobile Disk is the actual name of the company?
It should come with the CD.
I assume you have already tried to connect and Fire It Up?
